These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Mark Vaile / On Brand Design Limited, a freelance graphic design business registered in the United Kingdom.

We offer graphic design services, including but not limited to identity design, branding, motion design, print design, and digital design. Our services are provided on a freelance basis and are subject to availability.

Payment for our services is due 30 days upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer. Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as outlined in our payment terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the designs created as part of our services belong to Mark Vaile / On Brand Design Limited until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the designs will be transferred to the client.

We will maintain the confidentiality of any information provided by the client in connection with the services. We will not disclose such information to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Either party may terminate the agreement for our services at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for payment for any services provided up to the date of termination.
